With an average weight of 40 lb and a moderate level of difficulty, the south lake promises an unforgettable fishing experience. Throughout your week, be prepared to encounter massive carp that will undoubtedly leave you grinning from ear to ear.
Located on the southern shore of the lake, the fisherman's cottage offers excellent amenities. Secluded and surrounded by lush green countryside, it is ideal for those passionate about catch-and-release carp fishing.

The 6.5 acres South Lake features a lakeside cottage and equipped fishing spots. The stock comprises over 180 carp with an average weight of 40lb, including 60 carp over 45lb. Lake records include 70lb for common carp, 68lb for mirror carp, and 60lb for grass carp, along with a few koi and ghost carp. The lake can accommodate up to four anglers with exclusive use of the entire lake. We provide unhooking equipment (mats, slings, landing nets).
The 2 acres North Lake is equipped as a bivvy fishing spot exclusively for multi-line fishing. It is stocked with 85 carp, averaging 30lb and with the largest catch reaching 55lb. Only one fishing spot is available on this lake, accommodating 1 or 2 anglers. The Rosiers Lodge can be rented in conjunction with the North Lake for added comfort.
The 2 acres carpodrome (video https://youtu.be/TKZeL2E_5-w) is stocked with superb carp weighing 1 to 28lb, tench, and roach! It's ideal for feeder fishing, pole fishing, and float fishing. There's no limit to the number of anglers, and access is free for guests staying at the Rosiers or Magnolias cottages.

Two self-catering holiday cottages, "Rosiers et Magnolias", in a fully renovated detached house next to the heated indoor swimming pool. From May to September with equipped kitchen, terrace, gas barbecue, playground (boules court, foosball, swing), TV, parking and free wifi.

Located on the edge of a large pond, the fisherman's lodge offers excellent amenities. Secluded and peaceful, it features a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, gas barbecue, TV, shower, one spacious double bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for carp fishing enthusiasts (catch and release) with a healthy stock of fish. The pond can be rented exclusively for up to four anglers. Free parking and Wi-Fi.
A shop is also available, it has all the necessary fishing equipment (pellets, boilies, tackle ...) and local products.

2024 is a year of wonderful surprises! To the delight of carp anglers, a new 6-hectare lake, just 15km from our estate, is opening its doors! With over 350 carp, the current record is 35.5 kg. Beynac Lake is located in a wild, natural setting and can accommodate a maximum of 4 anglers. It is available for exclusive rental only.
Beynac Lake can only be discovered exclusively by weekly rental on a complex of over 50 hectares!It's an ideal spot to enjoy peace and nature, interrupted only by frantic races and blaring beeps.
