It is a 2.6 ha carp fishing pond fed by the Coly, a tributary of the Dronne, located in Dordogne at Firbeix (24). On a fenced 10 ha estate in the middle of the woods. No overlooking and very quiet.This long, narrow lake, 4 meters deep at the dam, is stocked with over 180 carp (common, mirror, grass, ghost, and koi). The fish are strong fighters, with some beautiful specimens. You have access to several wooded and shaded fishing spots where you can set up your bivvies in addition to the fishing lodge.
The body of water is well maintained and there are no particular difficulties for the fisherman.
The pond record is 31kg (68b) common, 30kg (66lb) mirror and 25.8kg (57lb) grass carp.
Currently there are more than 54 carp over 20kg (44lb) with an average of 17.5kg (38lb) in 2024.
A beautiful, secluded , and peaceful fishing lodge with Wi-Fi and bathroom facilities completes this exclusive offering. The lake is equipped for bivouacs with tables and shelters.
You can spend time with friends, from 1 to 4 carp anglers.
This charming , comfortable and bright 33m2 cottage for 4 fishermen consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and storage, a comfortable BZ sofa bed in the living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a hob, a bathroom with tiled shower and toilet.
An outdoor terrace with a picnic table, electrical outlet, and gas barbecue overlooks the lake . Carp fishing enthusiasts will be in paradise with a quality stock of fish and some very beautiful, feisty carp . This is a VIP cottage.for 4 fishermen offers you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay.Fishermen and their companions have access to a private, fully fenced 10-hectare outdoor area with a games room, pétanque court, kayaks, and a shared 55m² heated indoor saltwater swimming pool (heated from May to September).

A catering service (barbecue meat, prepared dishes in partnership with the local butcher) and a bakery service (bread and pastries) are available on site every day during the summer period, as well as reference local products.
