Beautiful, secluded and peaceful fishing cottage on the edge of a 2.6 hectare lake.

Currently, there are approximately 180 carp with an average weight of 17.5 kg (38 lb). These include common, mirror, ghost, koi, and grass carp, with the largest catches weighing 31 kg (68 lb) for a common, 30 kg (66 lb) for a mirror, and 25.2 kg (57 lb) for a grass carp. The bottom ranges from 1 to 4 meters deep. There are no catfish or bream. Two fishing spots with pontoons are available on the lake; half are at the fishing lodge, and the other half are in bivvies.

A charming , comfortable, and bright 33m² cottage for 4 people, comprising a double bedroom with wardrobe and storage, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a hob, abathroom with tiled shower and toilet.

An outdoor terrace with a picnic table and barbecue overlooks the lake . Carp fishing enthusiasts will be in paradise with a quality stock of fish and some very feisty carp . This VIP cottage for 2 anglers and 2 guests offers you the opportunity for an unforgettable stay.

Fishermen and their companions have access to a private, fully fenced 10-hectare outdoor area with a games room, pétanque court, kayaks, and a shared 55m² heated indoor saltwater swimming pool (heated from May to September).

We sell quality bait, boilies and fishing equipment on site!!!

A catering service (barbecue meat, prepared dishes in partnership with the local butcher) and a bakery service (bread and pastries) are available on site every day during the summer season, as well as...benchmark local products.

Reception equipment provided (mat, landing net, scales, bucket… see fishing regulations).
